Wasabi soy sauce
Aged soy sauce infused with freshly grated wasabi. For sashimi, sushi and cold tofu.
Naturally brewed soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), fresh wasabi root (Wasabia japonica) 8%, mirin, kombu, rice vinegar.
Wasabi mayo
Creamy Japanese-style mayonnaise with a clean wasabi kick. For sandwiches, fries and fish.
Rapeseed oil, free-range egg yolk, rice vinegar, fresh wasabi root (Wasabia japonica) 6%, sea salt, cane sugar, mustard seed, lemon juice.
Yuzu wasabi ponzu
Bright citrus ponzu with yuzu and real wasabi. For salads, grilled meat and dumplings.
Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), yuzu juice 15%, rice vinegar, mirin, fresh wasabi root (Wasabia japonica) 5%, bonito flakes, kombu.
